HomeView OS is the platform HomeView Real Estate uses to book property shoots, run them, and deliver the finished photography to the agents who order it. This page explains what information it collects, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
- When you book a shoot: your name, email, phone number and company, the property address and size, and any notes you add, such as lockbox or access details.
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, used only to recognize you and show you the work your account is allowed to see. Sign-in does not give us access to your Google Drive, Gmail or any other part of your Google account.
- The photography itself, stored in HomeView Real Estate's own Google Drive and shown to you through a private gallery link.
How we use it
To schedule and complete the shoot you asked for, to deliver your photos, to contact you about that work, and to keep records of the jobs we have done. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside the providers listed below.
Google user data
HomeView OS connects to Google Drive through HomeView Real Estate's own Google account, so it can organize property folders and serve the photos in them. That connection reaches only HomeView Real Estate's files. It never touches the Drive of anyone who signs in.
HomeView OS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who can see your information
The HomeView Real Estate team, so they can do the work. If you are an agent, you see only your own account's shoots and galleries, never another client's. A gallery link works for anyone you share it with, so share it the way you would share the photos themselves.
The service runs on providers that store data on our behalf: Google (sign-in and file storage), Render (hosting) and Neon (database).
Keeping and removing it
We keep job records and photography for as long as they are useful to you and to us as a record of the work. Email us to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or its removal, and we will take care of it.
